母子手帳を、再発明する重新发明“母子手册”Reinventing the Maternal and Child Health Handbook
1948年、日本は母子手帳を発明し、それは世界約40か国に広がりました。その次の形 —「読む手帳」から「一緒に動く手帳」へ。 1948年，日本发明了母子手册，后来推广到全球约40个国家。我要做它的下一个形态——从“用来读的手册”，变成“和你一起行动的手册”。 In 1948 Japan invented the Boshi Techo, later adopted in about 40 countries. This is its next form: from a handbook you read to one that acts with you.

Preparing for it, I learned what's missing isn't information — it's someone who holds the whole picture and acts ahead of you. Wealthy families hire that. I want every family to have it.
歩いてきた道走过的路Path so far
- 1996ハルビンに生まれる生于哈尔滨Born in Harbin, China2〜3歳で両親と来日。幼稚園は日本。两三岁随父母来到日本，在日本上幼儿园。Moved to Japan with my parents at 2. Kindergarten in Japan.
- 小1ひとりで中国へ。先生の家で6年独自回国，住在老师家六年Back to China alone — six years in my teacher's home担任の先生の家に住み込みで小学校の6年間を過ごす。先生とは今も家族のような関係。小学六年寄住在班主任家里，至今像家人一样。I lived with my homeroom teacher for all of primary school. We are still like family.
- 中1日本へ戻る回到日本Returned to Japan公立中学から進学校、関西学院大学へ。3年の終わりに中退。公立初中、重点高中，后进入关西学院大学，大三结束时退学。Public school, then Kwansei Gakuin University — left at the end of my third year.
- 2018紺野金属を設立创立紺野金属Co-founded Konno Metal金属スクラップの業界へ。21歳で父と会社を立ち上げ、3年で経営を引き継ぐ。进入金属回收行业。21岁与父亲创业，三年后全面接手经营。Entered metal recycling. Started the company with my father at 21 and took over within three years.
- 2025AI と一緒にラクメタを作る与 AI 一起打造 RakumetaBuilt Rakumeta with AI現場で感じた不便を、業界のためのソフトウェアに。エンジニアを雇わず、AI と組んで作り始めた。把现场的不便，做成服务整个行业的软件。没有雇工程师，而是和 AI 搭档从零做起。Turning the friction I saw on the ground into software for the industry — built not by hiring engineers, but by partnering with AI.
- 2026ハッカソン／父になる黑客松／成为父亲Hackathon / becoming a fatherBuilt with Claude: Japan 2026 に参加。12月に第一子が生まれる予定。参加 Built with Claude: Japan 2026。第一个孩子预计12月出生。Joined Built with Claude: Japan 2026. Our first child is due in December.
